I commemorated my 25th year of existence with a daily photo of me for 365 days. (Even if the posts weren't always on time, the pictures were... most of the time. Okay, so a few of them were late.)

two hundred and nineteen men were jammed into the hold amidships
Day 219: I was very productive, and then very pooped. I loaded the truck up with about 15-20 bags of wet leaves and ivy vines, moved about ten 5-gallon buckets full of clay dirt and vine roots out of the flower bed over to the side of the house, put down ten 40-pound bags of topsoil, planted a row of sunflower seeds, and started on pulling vines and leveling the ground on the other side of the porch for another flower bed. Then, later in the day, I attended a three-act opera (without passing out). Impressive, eh?

Day 174: This picture was taken at 11:30 p.m... moments before my Yahtzee showdown with Michael. The loser had to drink Jumex Tamarind Nectar. I won the first game. Michael hem-hawed around drinking the tasty, tasty nectar, so I agreed to best 2 out of 3 games. Big mistake. I ended up losing the next 2 games. Dammit. ::drinking tamarind juice as we speak::

*** PS: I'll be out of town for the next week, so posts might be missed here and there. I'll be sure to take the pictures on time, though. ***

Day 173: We watched Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind again tonight. That movie makes me leaky. Shh! Don't tell Michael. He'll make fun of me.

Day 171: I played with the Celebrity face matcher thingy tonight, and I was endlessly amused. Apparently, I look (nothing) like Kate Winslett and Diana Rigg. My brother looks like Federico Garcia Lorca... or Courtney Love. And my dad is like Lee Harvey Oswald. ha! I didn't realize they could match with such stunning accuracy.
